A simple and healthy recipe for no-bake almond energy bites, perfect for snacking.
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter or almond butter
- 3/4 cup old fashioned or rolled oats
- 1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup almonds, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir to combine.
- Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes so it is easier to roll.
- Roll into 12 bites and store in the fridge for up to a week.

- These energy bites are gluten-free and can be made with either peanut butter or almond butter.
