Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or linguine)
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, sautéing until the mushrooms are tender.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the mushrooms and garlic.
- Toss everything together and add the Parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- For a creamier sauce, add a splash of heavy cream.
- Feel free to use any type of mushrooms you prefer.
