Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen hash brown potatoes (32oz package)
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 2 cans chicken broth (14.5oz cans)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.75oz can)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in the frozen hash browns and cook for a few minutes.
