Description

A delicious and easy recipe for Keto Spaghetti Squash with Beef, perfect for a low-carb meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lbs Ground Beef
  • 16 oz Marinara Sauce
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 whole Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Salt
  • 1 medium Spaghetti Squash


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Place the squash halves cut-side down on a baking sheet and roast for 30-40 minutes until tender.
  4. While the squash is roasting, heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef, cooking until browned.
  5. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  6. Stir in the marinara sauce, sea salt, cumin, and onion salt, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Once the squash is done, use a fork to scrape the flesh into spaghetti-like strands.
  8. Serve the beef mixture over the spaghetti squash strands.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
  • This recipe can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
