Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3/4 tsp seasoning salt
- 2 tbsp whipping cream
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until they are tender.
- Stir in the seasoning salt, whipping cream, dried parsley, and black pepper.
- Transfer the mushroom mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the grated Mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
