Description

A delicious and easy-to-make Mushroom Mozzarella Bake that combines fresh mushrooms with creamy mozzarella cheese for a flavorful vegetarian dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 tsp seasoning salt
  • 2 tbsp whipping cream
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 cup grated Mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until they are tender.
  4. Stir in the seasoning salt, whipping cream, dried parsley, and black pepper.
  5. Transfer the mushroom mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the grated Mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
