A quick and easy recipe for delicious mushroom ramen noodles, perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp dark Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha
- 2 tsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Water
- Salt & Pepper, as per taste
- 2 Block Ramen Noodles (discard the flavor packets)
- 3 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1.5 Cup Button Mushroom, sliced
- 1 Tbsp Ginger, minced
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 3 sprigs Green Onion, sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the dark soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha, brown sugar, water, salt, and pepper to create the sauce.
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms, ginger, and garlic, and sauté until the mushrooms are tender.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pot and pour the sauce over the noodles. Toss to combine.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like spinach or bok choy for extra nutrition.
- This recipe can be easily doubled for larger servings.
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
