Description

A delicious and easy no-bake peanut butter pie that is perfect for summer desserts.


Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed or 3 cups of homemade whipped cream


Instructions

  1. Prepare a no-bake graham cracker pie crust and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or the freezer for at least 15 minutes before filling.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar and beat until well combined.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip until completely incorporated.
  5. Pour into prepared graham cracker pie crust.
  6. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight before slicing and serving.
  7. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use natural peanut butter.
  • Homemade whipped cream can be made by whipping heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
