A delicious and easy no-bake peanut butter pie that is perfect for summer desserts.
Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed or 3 cups of homemade whipped cream
Instructions
- Prepare a no-bake graham cracker pie crust and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or the freezer for at least 15 minutes before filling.
- In a large bowl, beat together peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and beat until well combined.
- Fold in Cool Whip until completely incorporated.
- Pour into prepared graham cracker pie crust.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight before slicing and serving.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use natural peanut butter.
- Homemade whipped cream can be made by whipping heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- This pie can be made a day in advance for convenience.
