Description

A delicious and easy-to-make peanut butter mousse that is creamy and perfect for dessert lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter smooth
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract and set aside.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, beat together the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently beat through ¼ of the whipped heavy cream into the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Fold through another ½ of the cream and mix well.
  5. Add the remaining cream until combined.
  6. Transfer the mousse into a piping bag with a swirly tip.
  7. Pipe into mason jars or glass jars and enjoy immediately or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
