Ingredients
- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned.
- Stir in the diced potatoes and chicken broth, bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and chopped kale, cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
