Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the diced potatoes and chicken broth, bring to a boil.
